Everybody is talking about innovation - innovative companies are reputedly more successful, create more profit and grow faster. But how can we transform words into real, measurable results?
"Innovation and Businesss Development for the Medical Device Industry" is a 2 month program designed in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School.
Project managers and staff in product development, business development, technology development, and marketing.
The overall objective of the program is to encourage innovation thinking, stimulate interaction and strengthen business, market, and cross-organisational understanding. The participants will gain knowledge and inspiration to continue working with theories and methods subsequently. More than one participant from each company is recommended, as the effect of the training increases when more colleagues work with and are familiar with the theories and methods used.
